MEd is the abbreviated name for "Map Editor" which is a map editing program for GTA 3, GTA VC and GTA SA. It was started in late 2005 by Tonywob, originally for Windows and Apple Macintosh but is now developed solely for Windows platforms. It operates in a similar manner to MooMapper and KEd but will use a more organised interface and has increased editing capabilities.
