WFT, also known as Windows Frag Type, is the format used for vehicle models in GTA IV. It is also used for setting bone positions in ped models.
Tools and Scripts
As of now only Zmodeler can import, edit and/or export vehicle models for GTA4. Support for an intermediate OpenFormats standard (.oft) in OpenIV and GIMS is proposed, although this is yet to be done due to other issues.
