WHM is a new file format introduced in GTA 4. WHM files contain in-game websites including texts and textures. While most WHM files have little to no bearing on gameplay, certain sites, such as EyeFind and the controversial Little Lacy Surprise Pageant website, may trigger certain ingame events via SCO scripts.
