OpenIV is a multi-purpose editor for GTA 4 and EFLC made by GooD-NTS. Development of this tool began shortly after the Xbox 360 release of GTA 4. The first public version was released on 28th of December, 2008. Since v1.0 OpenIV also supports another game made by Rockstar Games - Max Payne 3.
