G-Texture is a tool developed by REspawn. It is the direct successor of G-TXD. At the moment it only supports GTA IV's wtd files for the pc version of the game.
Future
The author has planned to include the possibility to edit TXD files in further development which makes the tool compatible to earlier game versions.
