G-Tools

G-Tools is a collection of tools and editors by REspawn capable of editing the contents of all currently release PC versions of GTA 3, GTA Vice City, and GTA San Andreas. In february 2009 REspawn announced that the G-Tools as they were planned are not under development any longer. ^[1] According to this G-TXD's successor called G-Texture was released in march 2009. ^[2]

G-IMG

G-IMG is an editor for the .img archives used by GTA to store the majority of the games files. It allows for full control of the archives contents in an easy-to-use multiple file environment complete with previews of file contents.

G-TXD

G-TXD is a texture editor, it allows you edit and manage .txd archives which are used by the game to store textures. It is the first texture tool to offer MipMap support and preview.

G-TXD got replaced by G-Texture in 2009

G-CYC

G-CYC is a time cycle editor. It is currently in pre-beta stage and is available for testing.

• Features to come: 3-D preview with sun, cloud and weather preview as well as color transition tools.

G-DAR

G-DAR is a radar map editor. G-DAR is discontinued since it has serious errors not yet fixed.
