Hi Lpgunit,
thank you for your interest in this project, but this wiki is not about documentating modders and their work! Of course they all did a great job for the modding scene, but the aim of this platform is to documentate ways to modify the GTA games, including tools or mods, their usage and file format specifications to write various new usefull tools. For descriptions about people we have got user pages. They are started by "User:" and followed by the GTAnet community nickname of the user. For example here is mine: User:Aschratt. --Aschratt - oO 14:45, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
- Well, I guess we could have an article listing all known GTA modders with links onto their user pages and reasons they were included in such list. Something like List of GTA modders. Not sure who will update this one though. Seemann?! 17:47, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
- Ditto with Seemann. I guess anyone who is generally notable enough to be mentioned should be given an entry in the list of modders, besides their user pages. Lpgunit 00:32, 28 April 2009 (UTC)
- Well ok then feel free to do so... But imho I think it would be more worthy to the community to help finish incomplete articles and documentate things which arent yet documentated, like the GTA 4 model and texture formats, or any other binary formats. aru already did a lot of research and SparkIV is open source, but someone needs to form the information into text and write it down here... --Aschratt - oO 08:41, 28 April 2009 (UTC)
