I managed it to work by uploading the image with exact size I needed (32 px) and using it in the template. - It looks like the image resizing is broken there. So every time you open a page where a thumbnail (copy of an image of less size) has to be shown, you will see the error exactly like on that page. I managed it to work by uploading the image with exact size I needed (32 px) and using it in the template.
