Sets the payphone to four messages

037D: set_phone [phone handle] 4messages '[string1]' '[string2]' '[string3]' '[string4]'

This opcode turns on the payphone and sets it to four messages. It behaves almost exactly the same as opcode 024C except four messages are displayed, each three seconds long for a total of twelve seconds, before the cutscene ends. This opcode was never called in the original script of GTA III.
