"XTD" meads XENON Terxture Dictionary.("XENON" is a code name of Xbox360 and name of it`s processor). This files stores only textures.

XTD is a typical GTAIV resource file with ID:7 (wtd has ID:8)

I researched SparkIV sources and can say that texture pixel format are practically just the same as PC (Aru wrote a short description of Xbox360 textures specific). But all PC resources are compressed with Zlib method, Xbox360 compression is still unknown for me...
