MEd is the abbreviated name for "Map Editor" which is an editing program for GTA3, GTA VC and GTA SA. It was started in late 2005 by Tonywob, originally for Windows and Apple Macintosh but is now developed solely for Windows platforms. It operates in a similar manner to MooMapper and MeD but will use a more organised interface and has increased editing capabilities.

At the time of writing (2005-12-23), MEd is in the public alpha phase of development. This which means it is not a compeletely stable tool.
