Sets the color of the text
Syntax
0340: set_text_draw_color [int1] [int2] [int3] [int4]
Parameter
[int1]
Red, between 0 and 255
[int2]
Green, between 0 and 255
[int3]
Blue, between 0 and 255
[int4]
Alpha, between 0 and 255
