Talk:WBD-WBN
Ok... First of all in this article we should realy only write complete findings and descriptions how collision detection and so on works. Maybe we should compare it to earlier versions. Also where is the difference between WBD and WBN? So those are questions which should be answered first, to organize and design this article and therefor I think we have the forums... in the way the information is written at the moment they do not help anyone. For example: What the hell is a VTable in a collision file? I only know VTables from PE32/COFF executeables, but I cannot imagine that those tables in here mean the same. So before creating a new article we should ensure that there is enough useful information and recommendations about the files structure (Is it a tree or how are collisions organized in GTA IV?) --Aschratt - oO 10:34, 5 August 2009 (UTC)
- VTable for the IV files now has it's own page VTable --Gforce 12:45, 8 August 2009 (UTC)
- Yea now, but still I can not realy point out what a VTable should be. Also now you have used SimpleCollection and PointerCollection (Templates?) in the documentation. So it is just a appeal: Please write documentations everyone is able to read. I respect your work and thank you for adding it to the wiki, but as I said... an article realy should contain a bit more descriptions and not only hex values and their representation. --Aschratt - oO 13:00, 8 August 2009 (UTC)
