This initiates an external script if the player is near the object. The object has to be defined in the object.dat
file. You do not have to load the script or the object for this opcode to work. Parameter 3 is the priority of the script over other objects that may also be in the area. Parameter 4 is the distance the player need to be in order to initiate the script.
