Seemann is a Russian programmer and GTA scripter. Came into the modding since ancient days, to be more correct since summer 2003. His most known contribution to the modding scene is Sanny Builder - a GTA mission editor. In summer 2007 Seemann released CLEO 3 - a library for GTA SA adding a lot of new opcodes and allowing to run scripts without modyfing of the main.scm
