GIVE_PLAYER_DETONATOR

This opcode adds one to the number of detonators for the player. The number of detonators on hand can stack up but using one will remove all detonators on hand. The detonator detonates all cars armed with a remote detonation bomb. This opcode behaves similarly to 01B2.
