SET_3_REPEATED_PHONE_MESSAGES

This opcode turns on the payphone and sets it to three messages with repeat. It behaves almost exactly the same as opcode 037B except the phone turns back on and is set to the same messages one minute after the cutscene ends. This opcode was never called in the original script of GTA III.
