The '''gta3.ini''' file controls the density of pedestrians and traffic vehicles to some degree in [[GTA III]] and [[Vice City]]. The file does not exist in Vice City but it can be created; it functions equivalently to GTA III. The files consists of just two lines, each line containing only one floating-point value. Values between 0.5 and 3.0 are valid. Values less than 0.5 will be set to 0.5 and values greater than 3.0 will be set to 3.0. Without the file, the value for both lines is initialized to 1.0 in GTA III and 0.6 in Vice City.
