Well, propably this does not belong in here, but Vice City (just like GTA III) does not only know one kind of ".cfg" files. There is also an "particle.cfg" file which defines information about particles, their lifetime and behavior... So perhaps we should create an article or add this to the [[DAT]] article since all those information can be categorized as plain-text-based data files.
