Not a GTA3 format
The GTA3 format is different to what's described in this article. Each game uses a different number of columns, some of which even have different functions.
I'd suggest making a separate article for each format, somewhat like the handling.cfg ones I started years ago. Cerbera 23:28, 3 Jan 2007 (CST)
