Ingame WPL Editor (IWE) is a dynamic map editor for GTA 4 created by iriedreadlock23, that lets you create and test WPL/IPL files in game. It allows users to place all models defined in IDE files, edit/remove objects from WPL files used by game, and export edited data to binary and textual formats (PC/XBOX360/PS3).
