Change radar color for Vice City

This is supplemental code that allows you to change the color of grey for Vice City. The following code uses Sanny Builder with CLEO for Vice City in an external script (not the main one) and tested on US v1.0.

:opcode_057E_supplement
// [email protected] - input param (R)
// [email protected] - input param (G)
// [email protected] - input param (B)
05DF: write_memory 0x4C21EC size 4 value [email protected] virtual_protect 1
05DF: write_memory 0x4C21E7 size 4 value [email protected] virtual_protect 1
05DF: write_memory 0x4C21E2 size 4 value [email protected] virtual_protect 1
05F6: ret 0

Place this line anywhere within the external script and add in RGB values:

05F5: call_scm_func @opcode_057E_supplement inputs 3 red [int] green [int] blue [int]
