Restores the weather

0252: restore_weather

Parameter

This opcode restores the weather previously saved with 0251. There is a potential issue there: saved values are not reset if a new game is started or a save game is loaded, so the weather can be restored with the values made in another game. This opcode was never called in the original script of GTA III.
