San Andreas ADD_TEXT_LABEL

Description
Adds dynamic GXT record, which may subsequently be removed opcodes 0AE0. 0AE0.
Syntax
0ADF: add_text_label "_TEST" text "Test string"
Parameter
["gxt key"]
Dynamic GXT Entry
["string"]
Any string

This opcode add a dynamic GXT record, allowing to use GXT entrys without use of .fxt files or adding a new entry in .gxt files.
