The Anchor template adds a bookmark before some text so that an in-page link is able to jump towards. It works pretty similarly to {{note}} except it is unable to return back.
Syntax:
Go to [[#link|bookmark]].
{{anchor|link}}Some text.
Results in:
Go to bookmark.
Some text.
