All work on GTAModding.com is relased under the GNU Free Documentation License. This means there is no copyright on the wiki's content, and you can use it and edit it as much as you want.

Copyrighted Material

Because of this statement, no copyrighted material may be submitted to GTAModding.com . The simple rule with copyright is; if you didn't write it yourself, it's probably copyrighted. Anything that's for sale has royalties going to the writer, making it illegal for that content to be available free online. These cpoyright rules extend to images, too.

Exceptions to the rule

There are a few exceptions to the above rule, however:

US government photographs

Works produced by civilian and military employees of the United States federal government in the scope of their employment are public domain by statute.

UK Crown Copyright

Copyright on works produced by the Crown expire after 50 years.
