VB is the audio file format for GTA III, Vice City, and the Stories games on the PlayStation 2. The files can be opened using MFAudio. To hear the audio coherently, the file parameters to set in the program are:
- Frequency: 32000
- Samples: 16
- Channels: 2
- Interleave: 2000
- Offset: 0
