This conditional opcode checks if an actor is operating a plane. It supersedes Vice City's opcode 04AC. The game will recognize the following list of vehicles as planes:

• Andromada
• AT-400
• Beagle
• Cropduster
• Dodo
• Hydra
• Nevada
• RC Baron
• Shamal
• Skimmer
• Stuntplane
