Game Patches
Since GTA 2 on the PC, Rockstar Games has been releasing game patches to fix bugs that were overlooked before the official release of the game. All patches may impair the functionality of some modifications, especially trainers and multiplayers like Multi Theft Auto. Most modders should stick to the original 1.0 version unless the patch improves gameplay experience.
