When a template is changed, the example is not updated instantly. I've learnt that already. You need to do a "silent" edit (i.e. change template, save it, then open it again and save without any changes; the example will be updated then). But personally I would not add any icon there, as very often user names are in the middle of a text and such images could be unnecessary. Or at least make it optional. Also, I'm using {{U}} template in my sig :p  Seemann^?! 21:31, 26 February 2009 (UTC)

Maybe just eventually replace the username links in the toolboxes with the Ui template? There are 28 articles with this one, it would not be hard to do. Seemann^?! 16:44, 27 February 2009 (UTC)

If we change the toolbox template, we can't use the {{Ui}} template there anymore, as the result will have 2 user icons... Hmm, still can use {{U}}. Dunno. Seemann^?! 08:54, 28 February 2009 (UTC)
