Description

Sets the garage to accept the specified vehicle

Syntax

021B: set_garage [garage handle] to_accept_car [car handle]

Parameter

This opcode sets the garage to accept the specified vehicle. The effectiveness of this opcode depends on the type of the garage and are noticeable for a few of them, with each of them behaving differently.

  • Type 14: The garage will open for your car. Once inside you will be frozen until the door closes. After a short time it opens back up. Right after the door finishes opening, it will immediately close itself again and stays closed. It won't accept your car again if you manage to get it out and attempt to drive back in.
  • Type 20: The garage will open for your car but it won't close by itself as long as the car is in the garage.
  • Type 21: The garage will open for your car. Once inside you will be frozen until the door closes. The door stays closed. It won't accept your car again if you manage to get it out and attempt to drive back in.
  • Type 23: The garage won't open for your car so you have to force it open. Once inside you can leave your car in it and walk out. You will be frozen as the door closes. It will accept your car again if you manage to get it out and attempt to drive back in.
