This opcode sets a loaded MP3's action. Play, Stop, Pause and Resume are currently supported. It is used in conjunction with opcodes 0AAB and 0AAC
Action Numbers:
- 0: Stop
- 1: Play
- 2: Pause
- 3: Resume
