This conditional opcode returns true if the character is in a helicopter. By default the game will recognize the following list of vehicles as helicopters (for which the IS_HELI flag is set in the handling.cfg file):

- Police Maverick
- Raindancer
- RC Goblin
- RC Raider
- Sea Sparrow
